I personally enjoy a lot of sport climbing and working from ropes. This is harder to stay motivated to work out in the winter months as most of the climbing gyms are for bouldering. I don't have many options to keep fit by doing rope work or high-wall training.
I try to supplement where I can with basic workouts at home. Mostly basic strength training, lifting weights and lots of push-ups.
In the past, I have spent some time at the local bouldering gyms to get in a little endurance workout, but it still isn't quite the same as getting on a high wall.
